How does Banana Peel work for Plants?

Like all living beings, plants need protein to function to live and grow. And to increase the function, we need to add fertilizer. Now, the question is how banana peel works, right?

Well, the peels of a ripe banana are full of NPK of 0-25-42. And this number of NPK stands is around 67% which means 1/3 of these peels come with phosphate and potash. And the rest 42% are of potassium. The rest can vary within these ingredients.

It is also proved that these three particles are used as the main ingredient of an ideal fertilizer. So, when you use this peel to make fertilizer for your plants, it works as effectively as any store-bought fertilizer and even sometimes better.
